Paulina Kiliszowska

The owner, she has passed legal counsel examination at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Cracow (2015). She has completed Legal Counsel Apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Cracow and the full-time legal apprenticeship at the Law School of Judiciary and Prosecution in Cracow. She graduated full-time legal studies (Master of Law in 2007) and she is continuing doctorate studies in legal sciences at the University of Silesia.

She has significant experience in legal advisory for entrepreneurs, which she has acquired already during the full-time legal studies, during both legal apprenticeships and after the legal counsel examination. At the Law Office, she provides legal support for entrepreneurs, especially for companies, in international projects realised in English and German language as well and cooperating with bigger law firms.

She concentrates her legal interests on commercial law in the wide range, civil law, company law, but also many other legal areas.

She is fluent in English language, Legal English as well. She has also good command of German and she knows legal Latin terminology as well.

Entrepreneurs benefiting from her legal services belong to many different branches of industry, such as IT, trade, finance, media, clothing, transportation, real estate and many other branches.

Furthermore she is doing the scientific research in legal sciences, she is writing scientific publications and she has experience in teaching and giving presentations in legal sciences for the students, conferences' audience, entrepreneurs and others.

She acquired her experience as Legal Counsel Trainee (2010-2014) at Legal Adviser's Office and at Legal Department of the Limited Liability Company in Cracow giving legal advice for business entities and for public administration institutions, and at courts and prosecutor's office as well. Between 2012 – 2013 she was working as a Judge's Assistant at Higher Court. She has also gained her legal experience in all departments of the courts in Cracow District and prosecutor's office being the full-time Legal Trainee at the Law School of Judiciary and Prosecution in Cracow.
She has been providing her significant constant personal and professional contribution to creation, development and activity of the entrepreneur in the IT branch, both before the entrepreneurial activity, on the level of creation of the enterprise and the activity of the entrepreneur.
She has acquired her professional experience also as Judge's Assistant and between 2007 – 2008 after graduating law studies, she has been providing legal services for ING Bank joint stock company in Katowice on all legal aspects, where she was working as a Legal Specialist at Legal Department. In 2006 – 2007 she has been providing legal support for the companies (such as Baterpol LLC, Reporter LLC) and other entities as a Lawyer – legal counsel assistant at the Legal Adviser's Office.
Within her full-time legal studies she has been doing student's legal clerkships at Lower Court and at Barrister's Office and between 2004 – 2007 she has been giving legal advice as a volunteer in Civil Law Section at the University Legal Clinic.

She has written her Master Thesis in the field of civil law, financial law and real estate law in 2007, which was partly based on British regulation regarding that area of law.

In the meantime she acquired insurance agent certificate and real estate agent certificate.
